These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the tayaplus platform. By creating an account or placing any bet, you agree to be bound by everything in this document. Please read it carefully before proceeding.

You must be at least 21 years old and a legal resident of the Philippines to open and use a tayaplus account. One account per person. No exceptions.
Minimum deposit ₱100. Minimum withdrawal ₱200. GCash and Maya withdrawals process in under 15 minutes. All funds must clear any applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings derived from bonus play, once requirements are met, are withdrawable.
Cheating, collusion, multi-accounting, and use of automated betting software are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. tayaplus is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your account.
tayaplus provides deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. All players must be 21+. Self-exclusion requests are honoured immediately and irreversibly for the chosen period.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and tayaplus. By accessing, registering on, or using the tayaplus platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms herein. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the tayaplus website, all associated sub-domains, the tayaplus mobile platform, and all services offered therein (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by tayaplus, a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and licensed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR").
The Platform is intended exclusively for users located in the Philippines who meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2. Access to or use of the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is not permitted, and tayaplus disclaims all liability for any breach of local law by users accessing the Platform from such jurisdictions.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated or summarised version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to open an account and participate in any real-money activity on tayaplus. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and by Philippine law governing online gambling. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
Strict Age Enforcement: tayaplus reserves the right to require identity verification at any time. Accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, and any funds held in such accounts will be forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR regulations.
The Platform is available to residents of the Philippines. You must not access or use the Platform if you reside in a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or where access to the Platform would constitute a violation of applicable law. tayaplus does not represent that the content of the Platform is appropriate or available in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) tayaplus account. Duplicate accounts — including accounts opened under different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, tayaplus reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit account balances pending investigation.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You must not use fictitious names, false addresses, or misrepresent any personal detail. tayaplus conducts Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal restrictions until verification is satisfied.
tayaplus may request any of the following documents to verify your identity before processing withdrawals or at any point during account use:
Failure or refusal to provide requested KYC documentation within fourteen (14) days will result in account suspension and may result in account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes received via SMS. You must not share your credentials with any third party. You agree to notify tayaplus immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account by contacting support via the live chat facility on the Platform.
tayaplus will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where such access is attributable to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials or your failure to promptly report a security breach.
Your account must be fully verified under our KYC process before any withdrawal request will be processed. Submitting a withdrawal request does not constitute commencement of payment processing if KYC documentation remains outstanding.
An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is classified as dormant. tayaplus may charge a dormancy administration fee of ₱200 per month against the account balance after the dormancy period commences. You will be notified by email or SMS before any dormancy fee is applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and complete any required re-verification.
tayaplus accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform, which currently include GCash, Maya/PayMaya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are for the purpose of funding real-money gaming activity on tayaplus and may not be made for any other purpose.
tayaplus does not accept third-party deposits. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name and must match the name on your tayaplus account. tayaplus reserves the right to return deposits to the source if this condition is not met.
The minimum single withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and linked to your verified tayaplus account. Processing times are as follows:

tayaplus reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above certain thresholds. All withdrawals are subject to anti-money laundering review.
Any player who initiates a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal of a deposit made to tayaplus will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation. Any outstanding balance in the account will be withheld until the dispute is resolved. Fraudulent chargebacks will be reported to relevant Philippine authorities and payment providers.
A bet placed on tayaplus is not valid until it has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform system. A confirmation reference number constitutes final acceptance. tayaplus reserves the right to decline, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where it suspects error, system fault, or irregular betting patterns.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets on tayaplus and are displayed clearly within each game or betting market. Attempting to circumvent bet limits through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated betting is prohibited.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or human error that results in incorrect odds, incorrect game outcomes, or incorrect payment of winnings, tayaplus reserves the right to void affected bets and restore account balances to their state prior to the affected round or bet. tayaplus will not be liable for any inconvenience caused by technical faults beyond its reasonable control.
Bets are settled in accordance with the official rules applicable to each game type and sports market. For live casino games, the outcome recorded by the certified game server constitutes the definitive result. For sports betting, the official result declared by the relevant sports governing body or tayaplus's official data provider constitutes the definitive result.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional benefits offered by tayaplus are subject to specific terms, wagering requirements, and expiry dates that are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the promotion is active. These Terms provide the general framework; individual promotion terms supplement them.
Important: Bonus funds are not withdrawable. Only winnings generated through the completion of applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds directly, or placing bets solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine play intent, may result in bonus cancellation.
Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be bet before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount, the deposit plus bonus amount, or the free spin winnings, as specified in each promotion's terms. Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements — contribution percentages are detailed on each promotion page.
tayaplus reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void associated winnings, and close accounts where it determines — at its sole discretion — that a player has abused the bonus system. Abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to receive bonuses more than once, systematic exploitation of bonus wagering loopholes, and coordinated bonus farming between multiple players.
All bonuses carry an expiry period, which is specified on the relevant promotion page. Bonus funds not wagered and bonus wagering requirements not completed within the expiry period will be automatically cancelled. tayaplus is not obligated to extend expiry periods under any circumstance.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on tayaplus and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:
All content on the tayaplus Platform — including but not limited to software code, design, graphics, logos, text, game content, and trademarks — is the intellectual property of tayaplus or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without tayaplus's prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, tayaplus's liability to you for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform — regardless of whether such liability arises in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall be limited to the total amount deposited by you during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by tayaplus's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by Philippine law.
tayaplus is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling behaviour. The following responsible gaming features are available to all tayaplus account holders via the Account Settings section of the Platform:
tayaplus will not knowingly allow individuals who have self-excluded from the Platform or from gambling under any PAGCOR self-exclusion programme to access their accounts. Any deposits made by a self-excluded individual will be returned. Any winnings accrued during a self-exclusion period will be voided.

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data by tayaplus is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.
tayaplus collects and processes personal data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules. Your data is used for purposes including account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. Your data will not be sold to third parties. You may close your tayaplus account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Prior to closure, all pending bets must be settled and any outstanding wagering requirements must be noted. Verified account balances will be returned to your registered withdrawal method within the applicable processing time.
tayaplus reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to:
Where an account is closed due to a breach by you, tayaplus reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation. Balances proven to be derived from legitimate play and not associated with the breach may be returned at tayaplus's discretion following investigation.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the tayaplus Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
Before commencing any legal proceedings, you agree to first submit your complaint to tayaplus's Customer Support team, which will endeavour to resolve the matter within fourteen (14) business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through internal support, it may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution process for PAGCOR-licensed operators.
tayaplus reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate changes are required for legal or regulatory compliance.
Your continued use of the tayaplus Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
